Job Title:Social media manager and content creator- Real Estate

We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator & Photographer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content that showcases our property listings, enhances our brand presence, and attracts potential buyers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture professional-quality photographs of residential and commercial properties, including interior, exterior, and drone shots if applicable.

- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials.

- Write compelling property descriptions and promotional content that highlight key features and benefits.

- Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure they meet brand standards and appeal to target audiences.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content strategies that increase engagement and lead generation.

- Stay updated with current trends in real estate marketing, photography, and videography.

- Manage and organize digital assets and content library efficiently.

- Assist in planning and executing virtual tours, open houses, and promotional events if needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (1-2) in real estate photography and content creation.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and content development skills.

- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).

- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of real estate market trends and effective marketing strategies is a plus.

- Owns or has access to professional camera equipment, drones, and editing tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with social media management and content scheduling.

- Basic knowledge of virtual tour technology and 3D walkthroughs.

- Creative mindset with attention to aesthetic details.
