As part of our expansion, we are looking for a creative and result-driven Meta Specialist to manage our company's digital branding, content creation, and advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Meta Specialist / Social Media Marketing Expert who will handle: Company branding & self-branding campaigns Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) creation, optimization, and performance tracking Lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI Image and video editing for professional real estate content Social media post design, scheduling, and audience engagement Videography and video editing (property shoots, reels, ads, and client stories) Strategic content planning for consistent growth across platforms This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for a creative individual passionate about real estate marketing and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted Meta ad campaigns for property listings and company promotions. Create high-quality visual content (images, reels, short videos, stories). Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels. Work closely with management to align digital marketing with business goals. Track and report campaign performance using analytics and insights. Manage daily social media postings, respond to inquiries, and engage followers. Handle self-branding projects for company directors (personal branding and public visibility). Shoot, edit, and publish professional property videos for marketing purposes.

Requirements

Proven experience in Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram) Strong knowledge of lead generation campaigns and real estate targeting Expertise in Photoshop / Canva / CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve or similar tools Experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management Excellent English communication and creative writing skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Videography skills (camera handling, lighting, and sound knowledge preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or Meta Ads management Experience in Dubai real estate marketing is a strong advantage Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and remarketing is a plus
