Position: Content Creator & Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and is skilled in creating engaging content that connects with audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage daily social media content (photos, videos, reels, stories, posts, etc.) across multiple brand accounts.

- Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, activations, and indoor/outdoor shoots.

- Edit photos and videos professionally using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.

- Develop creative concepts and campaigns aligned with the brand's tone and target audience.

- Schedule and publish posts, manage community engagement (reply to comments, messages, and DMs).

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

- Track social media analytics and suggest growth strategies.

- Maintain an organized library of digital content and media files.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

- Strong skills in photography and videography (including lighting, framing, and color balance).

- Advanced knowledge of photo/video editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, etc.).

- Ability to shoot and edit for both vertical (Reels/TikTok) and horizontal formats.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.

- Excellent communication and time management skills.

- Must be based in Dubai and available for on-site shoots.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing multiple social media pages simultaneously.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

- Knowledge of trends and best practices for Instagram Reels and TikTok content.
