Social Media Manager

Job Description
We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company's presence across all social media platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies, building brand awareness, growing our audience, and driving traffic and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (text, images, videos, stories, reels). Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok..) Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and authentic manner. Track performance and analyse data/metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions). Collaborate with designers, photographers, influencers, and content creators. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (optional, based on company size). Stay up to date with trends, tools, platform updates, and competitor activity. Manage the social content calendar and ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and aesthetics. Engage with communities and build relationships with followers and brand advocates.
