Job Overview

:

As a

Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer

at EILI, you will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategies while also contributing your design expertise to elevate our brand identity. You will play a key role in managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and creating visually compelling content that reflects our brand's core values and vision.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management

:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create, schedule, and manage daily social media posts that align with marketing goals and brand messaging. Monitor, track, and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and strategies. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong community around the EILI brand. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Graphic Design

:

Design high-quality, creative visuals for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs are on-brand, aligned with our identity, and support marketing campaigns. Create infographics, banners, and promotional content to engage with our online audience. Edit and optimize images and videos for use across various platforms.

Branding & Creative Content

:

Assist in the development of new branding materials and designs to ensure consistent and professional brand representation. Develop visual content for product launches, events, and special promotions. Maintain and improve the overall visual design quality of the company's online presence.
requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing

, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred). Relevant experience in

social media management

, digital marketing, or communications.

Experience

in handling multiple social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

Content Strategy:

Ability to create and implement content strategies across platforms.

Copywriting:

Strong writing skills for crafting engaging and on-brand posts, captions, and copy.

Analytics:

Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) to track performance.

Community Management:

Engaging with the audience, managing customer feedback, and building a loyal following.

Creative Suite Design:

Designing for various mediums (digital, social media posts, ads, etc.).

Branding:

Creating and maintaining brand consistency across all design assets.
