Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation (Photo + Video)

Visit project sites weekly to take

high-quality professional photos & videos

. Capture: Site progress Before/after transformations Completed projects Team activities Fit-out, MEP, Joinery & construction work Edit short-form videos (Reels) and long-form project videos.

Social Media Management

Manage

Instagram, LinkedIn

pages. Develop and post a structured

monthly content calendar

. Create captions, hashtags, and brand-aligned content. Respond to comments & inquiries. Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

Website Redesign & Management (WordPress)

Fully

redesign the company website

for a clean, modern, and professional look. Improve user experience, speed, SEO, and responsiveness. Maintain all project pages, galleries, team profiles, and service descriptions. Upload/add new completed projects regularly. Ensure proper security updates & backups.

Branding & Marketing Support

Create brochures, project sheets, company profile, marketing visuals. Work closely with management to align the company's digital identity with brand guidelines. Support email marketing, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

RequirementsTechnical Skills

Strong experience in WordPress

(Design, layout, structure, plugins, SEO, optimization).

Proficiency in Digital Content Creation Tools

Skills in

Photography & videography equipment

Ability to shoot & edit professional-quality content.

Experience

Minimum

3 years

in: Social media management Content creation Website design (WordPress required) Photo/video editing Experience in

construction, interior design, fit-out, MEP, architecture, or real estate

is a strong advantage.

Personal Qualities

Very organized and professional. Creative eye for branding & visual storytelling. Ability to work independently. Can travel to site locations as needed.
