Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for
developing digital strategies
,
managing a team
, and
overseeing all aspects of digital marketing
--including performance marketing, content strategy, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, analytics, and social media advertising--ensuring alignment with Eleva's brand objectives and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Lead and oversee multi-channel campaigns across platforms including web, email, social media, search, and paid media
Supervise and guide a team of digital specialists, content creators, and designers
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve search visibility and website performance
Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and extract insights to improve campaign performance
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to execute integrated digital campaigns
Evaluate emerging technologies and implement best practices to maintain digital competitiveness
Present strategies, performance reviews, and improvement plans to senior leadership and clients

Qualifications
Proven experience in leading comprehensive digital marketing strategies and teams
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation tactics
Hands-on experience with paid media campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 4-5 years
of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency setting
Experience working with government or corporate clients in the UAE is a plus
