Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Planning:

Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring timely and engaging posts that align with client brand voices and goals.

Campaign Execution:

Oversee the implementation of social media campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for target audiences and drive engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Brand Management:

Work closely with clients and the creative team to ensure consistent and high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, adapting strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Community Engagement:

Manage interactions and foster relationships with followers and customers, ensuring a positive brand image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 4-5 years of proven experience

(agency experience is an added advantage)

in social media management, particularly in creating content calendars, generating reports, and running campaigns. Expertise in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Strong creative skills with an eye for design and content that resonates with diverse audiences. Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to speak in Arabic is a plus. A proactive, results-driven approach to managing campaigns and achieving goals. Must be residing or willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi. Immediate joiner is preferred.

Salary Package:

AED 6,500 (negotiable) as per qualifications, skills and experience.
