Social Media Executive

to join our growing team and help shape the future of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Schedule and publish posts in line with the content calendar and campaign objectives. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Manage social media ad campaigns, including setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in a digital marketing agency or in-house. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Loomly) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Creative mindset with a strong ability to develop compelling content. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Familiarity with SEO, PPC campaigns, and basic graphic design tools is a plus. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
