The Role

This is not a "post-and-forget" social media role.



You'll lead the

strategic and creative direction

of Hamilton's organic social channels -- developing ideas that drive engagement, inspire storytelling, and align with our broader marketing campaigns.



As our

Social Media Manager

,

you'll be both the strategist and the creative catalyst: shaping campaign ideas, leading brainstorming sessions, and collaborating with our in-house videographers, editors, and designers to bring concepts to life.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a

data-informed content strategy

across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Create and manage monthly content calendars and posting schedules.

Collaborate with the creative team (videographers, designers, editors) to produce high-quality visuals and short-form video content.

Moderate community conversations, respond to messages, and ensure brand-consistent engagement.

Brainstorm campaign ideas and creative content concepts for upcoming product launches, brand storytelling, and identify social trends and turn them into scroll-stopping content.

Track key metrics -- engagement, reach, growth -- and optimize for performance.
Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager to align organic and paid social efforts.

What You'll Bring

3-5 years of experience in

social media strategy, content, or community management

.
Proven ability to grow and engage social communities organically.

Strong understanding of short-form video and storytelling for social platforms.

Excellent writing and communication skills with a sharp sense of brand voice.
Comfortable using tools like
