Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Lead Generation

Plan, execute, and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Generate high-quality leads through organic strategies and/or paid ad campaigns Create engaging content (reels, stories, carousels, posts) to drive traffic and engagement Monitor and respond to messages and comments to engage potential leads Track and report on metrics (engagement, conversion, CPL, CTR) Use CRM and automation tools to nurture leads (optional)
Videography & Content Creation

Plan, film, and edit videos for marketing, social media, and internal use Capture behind-the-scenes, testimonials, brand stories, and promotional content Edit videos for short-form (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, training videos, etc.) Handle all aspects of video production - from concept to post-production Ensure content is aligned with brand tone, voice, and goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in

social media marketing and content creation

Strong video shooting and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Buffer) Good understanding of how to convert views into leads Knowledge of trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Comfortable being behind (or in front of) the camera Self-starter with strong time management and communication skills Own Visa welcome to join

Nice to Have:

Experience running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn) Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Canva Pro) Drone videography experience Photography skills Background in [industry-specific skill, e.g., real estate, health, SaaS, etc.]

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
