We are a creative fit-out and interior design company in Dubai, specializing in residential, commercial, and retail projects. We are looking for a talented

Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Social Media Manager

to create engaging content and actively grow our digital presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality social media posts, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials. Capture and edit videos and reels showcasing site progress, completed projects, and design stories. Create before-and-after visuals, project walkthroughs, motion graphics, and 3D-style video clips. Plan, manage, and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. Grow social media accounts organically through strategic content, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement. Monitor social media performance, insights, and engagement to improve reach and followers. Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand identity, business goals, and target audience. Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in

graphic design, video editing, and social media management

. Proven experience in

growing social media accounts and increasing engagement

. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content strategies. Creative eye for design, layout, typography, and color. Knowledge of the fit-out/interior design industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
