Role Overview:
We're looking for a
Social Media & Content Manager
who lives and breathes streetwear, music, and online culture. You'll take the lead in managing our digital presence, building an engaged community, and creating original content that tells our story and resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals
Plan, shoot, and edit content (photo and video) for Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms
Build and maintain a content calendar tied to product drops, campaigns, and brand moments
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns, shoots, and events
Scout and coordinate influencer partnerships and UGC opportunities
Monitor and adapt to trends, memes, and cultural moments relevant to streetwear
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy
Create monthly social media reports with insights and actionable feedback
Respond to comments and DMs to maintain strong community engagement
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (streetwear/fashion industry is a plus)
Proven ability to create on-brand, engaging content using a phone or camera (photography & short-form video)
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current digital trends
Creative eye for aesthetics, composition, and brand identity
Proficient with content tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite
Familiar with scheduling platforms (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Bonus Points:
Experience with paid social campaigns
Graphic design or motion graphics skills
Existing connections in the fashion, music, or creative scene in the UAE
