Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to lead the content and design strategy across all our social platforms. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, on-brand content, designing high-impact visuals, and managing our digital presence to enhance visibility, attract clients, and build a strong online brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our presence across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Create scroll-worthy designs and visuals in line with our brand identity (burgundy & gold)
Develop creative content calendars with a mix of professional, informative, and engaging posts
Write compelling captions that balance professionalism with a friendly tone
Shoot or guide simple photo/video content (reels, testimonials, office life, etc.)
Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and analyze performance
Stay up to date on design and social trends to keep us fresh and relevant
Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in social media management & content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
Great eye for design, layout, and branding consistency
Strong writing skills - can write creative, error-free captions in English
Ability to work independently and proactively manage timelines
Bonus: Experience in real estate, finance, or mortgage industry content
Languages required: Arabic & English
