is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Designer to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design principles and a passion for creating visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity in the kitchen, tiles, and home interior industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and run social media campaigns to promote products, new arrivals, promotions, and events.
Engage with the online community by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.
Design high-quality visuals including banners, brochures, flyers, social media posts, and product catalogs.
Work on both print and digital designs consistent with the brand guidelines.
Edit product photos and create mockups for tile and kitchen designs.
Collaborate with the sales and showroom teams to create promotional materials and visual content.
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visuals and messaging.
Coordinate with photographers/videographers for shoots when necessary.
Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) to showcase products and project installations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Creativity with a good eye for aesthetics and detail.
Basic photography/videography skills are a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in interiors, architecture, or product-based industries is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
