Role Overview

We are hiring a

Social Media & Graphic Designer

-- a creative storyteller who will be the guardian of our brand communication and visual identity.
You will manage social media content, design high-quality digital assets, and engage with our online community, ensuring every post, story, and visual reflects Jospereno's premium tone and atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong design sense, experience managing social platforms, and a genuine passion for brand storytelling.

What You'll Do

Design & Visual Communication

Design digital assets including campaign visuals, menus, table cards, and promotional materials Create and adapt visuals for social media, ensuring aesthetic and brand consistency Develop storyboards and moodboards for new campaigns Maintain templates, color palettes, and design systems aligned with brand guidelines

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Write captions that reflect Jospereno's personality and tone Manage and respond to community messages and comments Collaborate with the photographer and videographer to bring content to life Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and suggest improvements

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaigns and brand objectives Assist in brainstorming and executing storytelling concepts Support photo and video shoots when needed

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Basic knowledge of

Premiere Pro or CapCut

for simple video edits Strong English communication and copywriting skills Excellent sense of composition, typography, and attention to detail Experience managing brand accounts and maintaining visual consistency Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines

Nice To Have

Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands Skills in short-form video creation (Reels, TikToks, teasers) Understanding of paid social media campaigns Photography or videography skills

What We Offer

Competitive salary:

AED 4,000 - 6,000

Working hours:

9 hours + 1-hour break
