Job Title: Social Media Executive

Work Location: Industrial Area 11, Sharjah

Reports To: Marketing Director

The

Social Media Executive

is responsible for managing the brand's presence across all social media platforms, driving engagement, and strengthening brand visibility. This role involves developing creative content, executing social media campaigns, tracking performance, and staying ahead of trends to ensure a strong and consistent online identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Create, curate, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, captions, stories, etc.) across all social media platforms. Manage daily posting and community engagement on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Coordinate with the design and content teams to maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and social media conversations to identify opportunities for innovation. Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports to measure engagement, reach, and ROI. Respond to customer comments, DMs, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner. Support paid ad campaigns by coordinating with the marketing team. Stay up-to-date with social media tools, best practices, and emerging trends.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and social media algorithms. Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Capcut Video Editing. Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
