Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing footfall to our stores, and executing both digital and on-ground marketing activities. You'll be working closely with our senior management and external media partners to launch exciting campaigns and promotions.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for store launches, promotions, and brand partnerships. Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat) -- posting content, engaging with audiences, and growing followers. Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations. Conduct local area marketing: distribute flyers, build relationships with nearby businesses, and drive footfall. Monitor competitor activities and provide monthly analysis reports. Coordinate with external agencies (content creators, media partners) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time. Support with event planning (e.g., grand openings, promo days, collaborations). Create weekly marketing reports for internal review. Assist in customer segmentation and persona development to drive targeted campaigns. Research marketing trends and implement new ideas to improve our brand presence.

Requirements:

Previous marketing experience (minimum 1 year preferred, but fresh graduates with strong portfolios will be considered). Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic is a bonus but not required. Passion for food, events, and branding. Organized, creative, and proactive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus. Based in Sharjah or willing to commute.
