Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a vibrant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy professional with a passion for excellence, strong communication skills, a love for social media, and a sound background in Excel. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the positive atmosphere that defines Idea Spice.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Familiar with all social media channels, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, coordinating courier services, and managing office supplies.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis.
Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing company events and functions.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in Social Media and administrative assistant roles.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Should have good knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
