Social Media Executive (Female Only)

AED 3,000 - 4,500 (All Inclusive)

We are looking for a

female Social Media Executive

to join our team in Dubai and take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing our social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day handling of all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create engaging, innovative, and brand-focused content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) tailored to each platform Develop and implement monthly content calendars aligned with company goals and marketing campaigns Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports with recommendations for improvement Coordinate with internal teams (branding, advertising, and design) to ensure consistent brand voice and visuals Research competitor activities, industry trends, and social media innovations to keep strategies up to date Respond to followers, manage online interactions, and ensure positive engagement with the audience Support in paid social media advertising campaigns when required

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field Minimum

2-3 years of proven experience

in social media management (agency or in-house) Strong skills in

content creation, copywriting, and storytelling

Hands-on experience with design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is a plus Proficient in social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) Strong understanding of the latest social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns
