We are seeking an active and energetic Sales & Social Media Executive to join our retail jewellery team. The ideal candidate should be creative, results-oriented, and passionate about both sales and digital marketing. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and driving sales both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage daily posts, stories, and customer interactions on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality videos and images showcasing jewellery collections, styling tips, and promotions.

Sales Support: Provide in-store customer assistance, offer product recommendations, and drive sales through online platforms.

Promotions & Campaigns: Assist with the execution of online and offline promotional campaigns to boost engagement and sales.

Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with followers and convert social media interactions into sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred.

Strong interest in fashion, jewellery, and social media marketing.

Proven experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and content creation tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
