Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy to enhance the profile in the business landscape.
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, scheduling content and engaging with followers.
Craft compelling content for social media, blogs, articles, and public appearances that reflects the vision, values and leadership.
Manage digital presence, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong online identity.
Collaborate with PR agencies and media outlets to secure speaking engagements, interviews, and feature stories.
Work closely with senior leadership to maintain their personal brand image in alignment with the company's values and goals.
Maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, media outlets, and industry influencers to ensure message reaches its target audiences.
Develop and implement a personal branding strategy to enhance the profile in the business landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
Proven experience in personal branding, executive communication, or PR.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Strong understanding of personal branding strategies in high-level business environments
