, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our company's presence across multiple social media platforms. You will create engaging content, interact with online communities, analyze performance metrics, and stay ahead of digital trends to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and traffic to our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective
social media strategies
aligned with marketing goals and brand objectives.
Create and publish engaging
content
(text, images, videos, and multimedia) across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
.
Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, monitoring comments, messages, and mentions.
Engage with followers to build strong relationships, brand loyalty, and an active online community.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep strategies relevant and effective.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content and campaigns accordingly.
Stay updated on social media algorithms and platform changes and adjust strategies as needed.
Identify opportunities for
influencer partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns
to expand brand reach.
Recommend innovative ideas and emerging tools to improve social media performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Journalism
, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting performance data.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Graphic design, video editing, or multimedia skills
