Job Description

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence across all platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, increasing engagement, and supporting digital campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and others. Create and curate engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, image, and video) to increase engagement and followers. Schedule and publish posts consistently in line with content calendars. Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors to inform ongoing strategy. Engage with followers -- respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to build community relationships. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce visually appealing posts and campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and growth to track campaign effectiveness. Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations. Stay updated with platform updates, new features, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with an eye for design and brand voice consistency. Basic knowledge of paid advertising and influencer marketing is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles. Knowledge of social media reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).
