You will be responsible for increasing our online visibility, driving traffic to our website, boosting engagement and reach, and generating qualified leads through strategic content tailored to the consultancy and business services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and manage social media content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Create and publish engaging content using scheduling tools like Zoho social ,Hubspot or Meta Business Suite.
Drive traffic to the company website and generate leads for consultancy and business setup services from socail Media channels.
Monitor and optimize key metrics: reach, impressions, engagement, website clicks, and conversions.
Participate in and support video content creation--including appearing in videos and assisting with shoots.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop informative, brand-aligned graphics and videos.
Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in social media management.
Solid understanding of key social KPIs (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions).
Comfortable acting in videos and supporting short-form content creation.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and social media analytics. Also nice to have video editing or reel production skills.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support across projects.
