We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Executive with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of running high-performing ad campaigns that generate at least 500+ quality leads per day.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
-Create compelling ad creatives, audience segments, and A/B tests to drive performance.
-Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics daily to meet and exceed lead targets (minimum 500/day).
-Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
-Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI while minimizing cost per lead (CPL).
-Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices for social advertising.
-Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance with actionable insights.
Requirements:
-1-2 years of experience in running Meta Ads for lead generation.
-Proven ability to generate 500+ leads per day with strong conversion metrics.
-In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Events, and Retargeting.
-Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into performance strategy.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with other paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
-Background in fintech, online gaming, or crypto lead generation is preferred.
