The Social Media Executive is responsible for growing the company's social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Define online target audience and brand positioning, and develop strategies and schedules to enhance brand awareness across paid, owned, and earned social media.
2. Develop creative content, including photos, videos, and reels showcasing the services and customer experiences.
3. Define social media guidelines such as language, tone, and third-party filters and ensure that they remain consistent with core messaging objectives
4. Compile a digital databank (photos and videos) to be released periodically on digitally driven channels (such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X,Snapchat, Tiktok LinkedIn, Company's website)
5. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's brand
6. ?Produce social media content (text, images, video), posting in English
7. Ensure that all information broadcasted on social media channels complies with the brand image requirements and local culture
8. Experiment with new ways/strategies to leverage social media activities
9. Identify effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs
10. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns based on backend measurement tools and analytics
11. Moderate comments and feedback posted by third parties on social media channels and engage in conversation with customers
12. Flag negative, aggressive, or sensitive topics and address them promptly
13. Share feedback and insights gained from social media monitoring with management
14. Launch online paid campaigns for various promotions through Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and SnapChat, Tiktok, Instagram
15. Create a social media content calendar for regular updates
16. Manage the Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and SnapChat, Tiktok, LinkedIn pages for the company
17. Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, etc.)
18. Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and other promotions
19. Ensure the brand's digital marketing plans are met through online advertising
20. Employ SEO techniques to push awareness of the company's brand
21. Manage and update the company's website or coordinate with tech support to make changes to the website.
22. Create and send SMS notifications
23. Position companies within community web portals
EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:
3 -5 years of experience in writing, planning, and administering projects is desirable.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences or any related field. Masters is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCY:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in automotive or service-based industries
Strong content creation and editing skills (photo/video)
Familiarity with social media trends and tools
Excellent communication skills in English
Based in Dubai and available to work full-time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
