Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of multiple brands under our umbrella. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands how to tailor content and strategy to suit each platform and audience within a B2B context.
You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, generating qualified leads, and nurturing a loyal online community. Success will be measured by performance across lead generation, web traffic, engagement metrics, retention, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each brand in alignment with overall marketing and commercial goals
Create platform-specific content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and ensure consistency in tone and visual identity
Content Creation & Management
Ideate, design, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and articles
Develop and deliver high-impact creatives
Oversee community management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Campaign Execution
Lead and manage integrated social media campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to support product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and others
Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Use data to iterate and optimize ongoing campaigns and content strategy
Innovation & Trends
Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital trends
Experiment with new formats and emerging platforms to enhance visibility and impact
Required Qualifications & Skills
2-4 years of experience managing multi-platform social media for B2B brands
Proven success in using Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for business outcomes (especially lead gen and engagement)
Strong understanding of content marketing, digital funnels, and brand building
Ability to manage multiple brands and accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability
Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
Experience in working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
Desirable Skills
Video editing or graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Familiarity with paid social media advertising
Experience in emerging or niche product sectors
