Affordable Group of Companies is seeking a creative and proactive
Social Media Executive
to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation--especially in areas such as pest control, cleaning, and facility services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging text, image, and video content aligned with the company's brand voice and services.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote services, seasonal offers, and campaigns.
Monitor performance analytics (reach, engagement, leads) and adjust strategies based on insights.
Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Assist with basic graphic design and video editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or CapCut.
Coordinate with the in-house photographer or third-party vendors for shoot planning, when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in managing social media platforms, ideally in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn marketing.
Familiarity with local culture and audience behavior in Dubai and the UAE.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
