Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels to achieve brand objectives. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics. Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns. Community Engagement: Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, and foster conversations to enhance community engagement and customer satisfaction. Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including content, design, and product teams, to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business goals. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Identify opportunities to innovate and drive brand growth. Paid Social Campaigns: Develop and manage paid social advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and awareness. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

3+ years in social media management or digital marketing. Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and paid social platforms. Strong creative and storytelling skills. Data-driven mindset to measure and optimize performance. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
