Senior Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager

with a strong specialization in social media to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital presence, driving brand engagement, and contributing significantly to our business growth. We require a seasoned professional who can immediately take ownership of our digital strategy and deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities:



Comprehensive Digital Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with Rons Facility Management's business goals and objectives. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital landscape. Lead the development and execution of integrated digital campaigns across all platforms, including social media, website, email, and digital advertising. Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.

Advanced Social Media Management & Content Creation:

Oversee and manage all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp), ensuring consistent brand representation and engagement. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar, encompassing diverse content formats (text, images, videos, live streams, interactive content). Produce high-quality, visually compelling, and engaging content, including professional-grade videos, animations, and graphics, utilizing advanced editing techniques. Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI and achieving specific campaign objectives. Conduct in-depth social listening and sentiment analysis to monitor brand reputation and identify emerging trends. Manage and create social media influencer marketing campaigns.

Website Management & Optimization (Wix Platform Expertise Required):

Manage and maintain the company website (Wix), ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO. Implement advanced SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page link building, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and UberSuggest. Conduct regular website audits and performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency. Implement and manage E-mail marketing campaigns, and lead generation from the website.

Graphic Design & Multimedia Production:

Create and design high-quality graphic assets for social media, website, presentations, and marketing materials, utilizing advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Produce professional-grade videos, animations, and motion graphics for various digital platforms, demonstrating expertise in video editing and motion design. Create and manage all print and digital advertising materials.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Develop and implement robust analytics and reporting frameworks to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Analyze data from various sources (social media, website, analytics tools) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Generate comprehensive reports and presentations, communicating key findings and recommendations to senior management. Manage and maintain accurate inquiry data from all digital platforms, and produce reports on that data.

Brand Strategy & Development:

Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall brand strategy. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels. Monitor and manage online brand reputation, addressing customer feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Technical Proficiency & Skills:

Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly desirable. Advanced knowledge of motion graphics and illustration techniques. Exceptional copywriting, content creation, proofreading, and editing skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Eligibility Requirements:



Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design, preferably within the facility management or related industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing websites using the Wix platform. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro). Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with hands-on experience using relevant tools. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and1 as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
