We are looking for a creative and organized
Social Media Executive
to manage daily posting, customer engagement, and coordination with our photography and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will support all digital communication and ensure consistent online presence.Key Responsibilities
Publish daily content (posts, reels, stories). Write captions and maintain brand tone. Respond to customer messages and inquiries. Update WhatsApp catalogue and manage weekly broadcasts. Coordinate with photographers for content requirements. Upload and organize media files for the team. Update Google Maps profiles (timings, photos, details). Work with store teams for updates on offers and new arrivals.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in social media management. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. Basic knowledge of working with photos/videos. Excellent communication skills. Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
