Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, creative, and camera-friendly
Social Media Executive
who will manage our social media presence and serve as the
face of the company
across digital platforms. This role combines content creation, community engagement, and brand representation to build trust, visibility, and growth online.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Manage daily social media activities including posting, monitoring comments, messages, and mentions
Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Brand Representation
Appear on camera for reels, stories, videos, live sessions, ads, and promotions
Represent the company's values, tone, and image consistently
Host live streams, product demos, Q&A sessions, and brand announcements
Act as the primary online personality of the brand
Content Creation
Script, shoot, and present short-form and long-form video content
Collaborate with design and marketing teams on campaigns
Assist in ideation for viral, educational, and promotional content
Community & Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
Build and maintain a positive online community
Manage collaborations with influencers and creators when required
Campaign & Performance Tracking
Assist in planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns
Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics
Prepare basic performance reports and insights
Suggest content improvements based on analytics
Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators when needed
Manage content calendars and deadlines
Support influencer collaborations and community engagement activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in
marketing, Communications, or a related field
(preferred)
Experience
1-3 years
' experience in social media management and content creation
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in social media management or content creation
Comfortable and confident appearing on camera
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus
Creative mindset with attention to brand consistency
Soft Skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Added Advantage)
Experience in
OOH, marketing agency, or advertising environment
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Knowledge of paid ads creatives and formats
Experience working with
UAE or GCC brands
