Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Curation:

Ideate, shoot, and edit high-quality, original content (photos, Reels, Stories, TikTok videos) primarily using a smartphone, with the ability to use a camera as needed. Develop a consistent and visually appealing content aesthetic that aligns with our brand identity. Create engaging copy and captions that spark conversation and community interaction.

Social Media Management:

Manage the day-to-day activities across our social channels (primarily Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as relevant). Schedule and publish content using management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.). Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, especially within the UAE market.

Community Engagement:

Act as the voice of the brand by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a timely and authentic manner. Foster a positive and active community around our brand.

Analysis & Reporting:

Track key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, video views, follower growth). Provide regular reports on content performance and use insights to optimize future content strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves:

Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, or similar role.

A personal Instagram profile/portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of visual storytelling, aesthetics, and content creation skills.

Proficiency in shooting and editing video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories) using mobile apps like

CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush

. In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
