About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven
Social Media cum Content Specialist -
to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
social media content plans
aligned with the company's marketing goals and campaigns.
Create
engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and product highlights
to promote listings, offers, and brand awareness.
Manage daily social media activity across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Coordinate with the design team, performance marketing and social media specialists to ensure visuals and messaging are consistent with brand identity.
Write clear, compelling
captions, blog posts, and ad copies
optimized for engagement and conversion.
Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using social media analytics tools.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support influencer partnerships, paid campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
Stay up to date with
social media trends
, algorithms, and e-commerce content strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of
social media analytics, SEO, and engagement metrics.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficient in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Business Center.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
Skills:
Experience in e-commerce content management or online retail.
Familiarity with ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Photography or video editing skills.
