Role Overview
We are seeking a
Social Media and Content Specialist
fluent in Arabic and English, with a natural flair for copywriting, trend-hunting, and creative storytelling. You'll lead content ideation, execution, and community engagement while also leveraging paid ads to amplify our digital presence across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Responsibilities
Develop original, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Write compelling bilingual copy (Arabic & English) that reflects the brand tone and voice.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across
Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
to drive growth and engagement.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to brainstorm creative campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with social media and advertising trends, adapting them strategically for our audience.
Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
Track performance, analyze engagement and ad metrics, and continuously optimize content and campaigns for better ROI.
Requirements
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken).
Minimum
2 years' experience
in content creation and social media management.
Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on
Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
Strong understanding of social platforms, ad formats, and performance metrics.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams.
Bonus: Experience in fintech, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
