Role Overview:
We're hiring a
Social Media and Content Specialist
who is fluent in
Arabic and English
with a natural flair for copywriting, trend-hunting, and creative storytelling. You'll lead content ideation, execution, and community engagement across all key platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop original, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Write compelling, bilingual copy (Arabic & English) that reflects the brand tone and voice
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to brainstorm campaign ideas
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and creatively adapt them for our audience
Plan and manage social media calendars and posting schedules
Track performance, analyze engagement metrics, and optimize content accordingly
Requirements:
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken)
Minimum of
2 years' experience
in content creation and social media management
Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
Deep understanding of social media platforms, formats, and current trends
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams
Bonus: Experience in fintech, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
