We're now looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Content Creator who can bring the Studio Kinza story to life through captivating visuals and storytelling. ? Role Overview You'll be the creative eye and voice behind Studio Kinza's social media presence -- capturing, editing, and posting daily content that reflects the founder's journey, behind-the-scenes of our workshops, and the brand's unique lifestyle. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through visuals, has a strong sense of aesthetics, and can take ownership of Studio Kinza's social growth with creativity and discipline. ? Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Production o Capture behind-the-scenes videos and photos during workshops and events using iPhone. o Create "Day in the Life" style videos -- founder diaries, candle-making moments, team snippets, and client experiences. o Film and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) aligned with Studio Kinza's luxury aesthetic. o Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms. Content Strategy & Planning o Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. o Suggest creative content ideas, trends, and campaign directions that fit Studio Kinza's brand tone. o Coordinate shoot days, plan storytelling angles, and ensure timely posting. Social Media Management o Upload and schedule posts, ensuring captions, hashtags, and aesthetics are aligned with brand voice. o Track engagement and suggest ways to improve reach organically. o Collaborate with the founder to highlight upcoming workshops, product launches, and brand stories. ? Requirements o Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and visual storytelling. o Skilled in mobile videography (iPhone preferred) and editing apps such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush. o Eye for luxury aesthetics, lighting, and detail. o Excellent English communication and writing skills. o Organized, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced creative environment. o Prior experience in content creation, social media, or creative industries is an advantage.
