Role Summary
We are hiring a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for
generating content ideas
andposting/scheduling
across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role focuses onstrategy, creativity, and platform management
, not content editing or production.Key Responsibilities
Create
weekly content ideas
for: Instagram (reels, posts, captions, trends) TikTok (viral concepts, storytelling, series ideas) YouTube (video + vlog concepts, episode planning)Manage and execute posting
, including: Scheduling content Writing captions & hashtags Posting videos/reels/photos Following the content calendar Ensure content ideas match Dungeon's brand tone: Gym lifestyle, streetwear identity, Arabic pride, community-driven energy Track engagement and deliverweekly performance reports
This Role Will NOT Include
? Editing videos or photos ? Graphic design or content production ? Managing raw content files
KPIs (Success Metrics)
10-12 content ideas per week Post
daily
across platforms 2 TikTok videos/month reaching 100K+ views 20%+ quarterly growth in reach and engagementSkills & Requirements
Strong creative and trend-spotting mindset Excellent caption writing (English + Arabic GCC dialect) Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube posting tools Organized, self-driven, culturally aware, and brand-aligned
Nice-to-Have
Passion for fitness and fashion content Understanding of GCC social media audiences (especially UAE & Saudi)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
