The Role: Tell Our Story in Glass

We are hiring a passionate

Social Media Content Creator & Manager

to own our online voice and image. This is a hands-on role that combines creativity, strategy, and execution. You will be responsible for translating the beauty and technical complexity of our glass projects into engaging, shareable content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content, including

photos and videos

(reels, short-form clips, etc.) of current projects, finished installations, and behind-the-scenes processes. Develop compelling, professional, and brand-consistent copy for all posts. Manage our content library, ensuring all project images and videos are categorized and archived.

Strategy & Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation (B2B and B2C). Manage and post regularly across key platforms (e.g.,

Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Houzz

). Monitor, listen, and respond to followers/inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Analysis & Reporting:

Track and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, traffic, conversions). Use analytics to adjust strategy and optimize content for maximum impact.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and showcases the latest, most exciting projects.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience

managing and growing business accounts on major social media platforms. Exceptional skills in

mobile photography and videography

and professional-level video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools). A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, professional, and engaging visual content. Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and a sharp attention to detail. Familiarity with the

architectural, construction, or interior design

industries is highly desirable. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple content streams simultaneously.
