Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing
Develop and manage engaging social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, campaigns) aligned with brand identity.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, optimizing for engagement and lead generation.
Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and competitor activities.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and online channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to convert social media leads into sales opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in
social media management
and
business development
(2+ years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creativity in content creation (photography, videography, or design is a plus).
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and generate insights.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
