Job Description

On Air Media is a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Dubai, specializing in innovative marketing solutions to help brands thrive in the digital space. We are looking for a motivated

Business Development Executive

to join our team and drive client acquisition while managing project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and onboard new potential clients for the agency's digital marketing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs. Coordinate projects between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business. Achieve and exceed sales targets with a performance-driven approach.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

business development, sales, or client acquisition

, preferably in a

digital marketing agency

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

UAE driving license and own car preferred

(for client meetings and business outreach). Knowledge of

digital marketing (SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing, etc.)

is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
