Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
Business Development Executive
with experience in the real estate sector and strong skills in
client calling and lead generation
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities through
calling, networking, and client meetings
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients via
calls, emails, and social media
.
Follow up on leads and schedule site visits or meetings.
Present real estate projects to prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and client information.
Build strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to convert leads into sales.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and project developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in business development, telecalling, or sales (real estate industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident on phone calls with the ability to handle client queries professionally.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Fluent in English and local languages.
Knowledge of local real estate market and property regulations.
Existing client network (a plus).
