We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Assistant to support our team in managing and enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling direct communication with our audience, assisting in campaign execution, and representing our brand through engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Message Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to messages and comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Manage inboxes across social platforms and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and interactions.
Campaign & Advertisement Support:
Assist the marketing team with social media messaging during advertisements, offers, and campaign launches.
Coordinate replies and communication strategies in line with ongoing promotions.
Content Creation & Presentation:
Act as an on-camera presenter for videos across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the team to create engaging and brand-consistent video content.
Stories Management:
Create, schedule, and publish daily stories for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Execute storytelling strategies that align with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
Requirements:
Prior experience managing social media accounts (especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
Comfortable being on camera and presenting in videos.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
Basic understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
