With two stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and uses only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

The Role

The Social Media Assistant functions as the 'face' of Minimalist to customers and ensures that customer queries and concerns are solved in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Community management (receive complaints through phone or in writing, resolve complaints where possible, otherwise escalate complaints to relevant department and/or management). Identify, approach, and build meaningful relationships with influencers and other content creators Plan & strategize influencer management campaigns and processes Conduct in-depth market & competitor analysis on collaboration and influencer developments Cross-department communication and rapport building to enable holistic company-wide marketing initiatives Review and report respective metrics and achievements Ideally a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). * Communication skills in Arabic
