We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Assistant Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media strategy. Working closely with the Social Media Manager and content teams, you'll help grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and align content with business goals. You should have a strong understanding of various platforms, content trends, and community engagement best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Assist in developing and executing creative social media content in social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Support the Social Media Manager in campaign planning, calendar scheduling, and post approvals.
Monitor trends, competitors, and industry updates to contribute fresh ideas and platform-specific innovations.
Help manage the content calendar and ensure consistency in posting schedules.
Community Management
Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and tags across all platforms, and respond in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Flag customer queries, complaints, and feedback to the relevant departments.
Support influencer and UGC collaborations, maintaining positive relationships with key brand advocates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a social media executive, social media creator or relevant role.
Knowledge of editing software like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects )
Solid knowledge of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visuals and trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
