We are a jewellery company with a growing digital presence through our app. We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to maintain our social media platforms, ensuring they are always up-to-date, professional, and engaging for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor social media accounts daily and respond to comments/messages promptly
Update posts, banners, and content regularly according to brand standards
Ensure all social media content is consistent, accurate, and up to company standards
Track engagement and report trends or issues
Maintain the overall quality and aesthetics of our social media profiles
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
