- Craft and Implement Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition. This includes content creation, scheduling, and monitoring on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to showcase our services, happy pets, and customer testimonials.
- Community Management: Foster a sense of community among our followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Build relationships with pet enthusiasts and potential clients.
- Online Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media ads, and Google Ads, to boost our online presence and drive traffic to our website.
- Website Management: Maintain and update our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Implement strategies to improve website traffic and conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to management for data-driven decision-making.
- Partnerships and Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with pet-related influencers, bloggers, and partners to expand our reach and credibility within the pet-loving community.
- Stay Current with Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in social media and digital marketing. Suggest and implement new strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
Your Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management and online marketing, preferably in the pet industry or a related field.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content that resonates with pet owners.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media scheduling, analytics, and advertising platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
