Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Social Media Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Content Creation & Curation: Produce high-quality, visually appealing content, including videos, images, infographics, and copy that reflect the luxury and exclusivity of our real estate offerings. Manage Social Accounts: Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging, aesthetics, and branding. Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with followers, engage with potential clients, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to continuously optimize social media campaigns and ensure the highest return on investment (ROI). Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools to ensure our strategies remain fresh and innovative.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for real estate companies. Content Creation Expertise: Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut, etc.), with the ability to create eye-catching content. Strong Copywriting Skills: Excellent command of Russian & English with a flair for writing engaging, persuasive, and on-brand copy. Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Knowledge of the UAE Market: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and its unique audience. Creative Vision & Innovation: Strong creative thinking and the ability to execute visually appealing and engaging content tailored to the luxury real estate market.
