We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Manager specializing in community engagement to join our marketing team. This role will focus on driving engagement and building meaningful connections with our online community across various platforms including WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence through community engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships, creating content, managing interactions, and developing strategies that enhance our online reputation and customer loyalty on platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Key Responsibilities:



Community Engagement & Growth:



Manage and engage with online communities across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase follower interaction, brand loyalty, and positive sentiment. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring consistent brand voice and customer satisfaction. Monitor trends, track conversations, and create proactive responses to engage followers and address concerns.

Content Strategy & Creation:



Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform. Develop platform-specific campaigns and promotions that drive user engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. Regularly review analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and engagement strategies. Utilize WhatsApp to create personalized customer interactions, share updates, and promote offers.

Platform Management:



Oversee daily social media activities, including posts, replies, and content scheduling on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business. Implement and maintain community guidelines to ensure positive interactions and a safe space for all users. Leverage tools and analytics to track engagement, growth, and other KPIs to report on performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

Brand Advocacy:



Build and nurture relationships with influencers, advocates, and brand ambassadors within the online community. Represent the brand in online conversations, fostering authentic relationships and generating positive buzz.

Collaborative Efforts:



Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to align messaging and respond to community needs. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and the timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on community engagement. Deep understanding of WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, and Instagram platforms, tools, and best practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with different audiences and handle both positive and negative feedback. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Ability to think strategically and analytically, using data to inform decisions and optimize engagement efforts. Creative and adaptable, with a knack for creating content that resonates with diverse communities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
